All commodity trading transactions, including but not limited to Agro-Commodities, Oil & Energy, and Metals, are governed by separate, mutually executed Master Trade Agreements (MTAs) and specific contractual agreements (e.g., Sales and Purchase Agreements). Prices and delivery terms listed on this website are illustrative and subject to market fluctuations, banking compliance checks (KYC/AML), and logistics feasibility. No binding offer is made until a formal, signed contract is in place.
Payment terms, including the use of instruments like SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit), DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit), or TT (Telegraphic Transfer), are stipulated exclusively within the signed trade contract.
Services related to AI Building, Business Automation, and software development are subject to separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreements which define scope, deliverables, intellectual property rights, and maintenance schedules.
All Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts for Solar and Hydro Power projects are contingent upon successful feasibility studies, securing necessary governmental approvals, and signing a comprehensive EPC Agreement that outlines warranties, milestones, and performance guarantees.
